“I have first-hand experience and fully understand what it is like to not be able to train, compete and get on with day to day activities. Therefore my treatment has a very active, ‘hands on’ approach, which aims to rehabilitate injuries and prevent reoccurrence so that you can enjoy your sporting and everyday activities with longevity”.
